Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.wayuparty.com (the "Website") and our 'wayuparty' application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform".

Cancellation and refunds of services entirely depends on the Vendor from where you purchased the services. Please check the vendor Refund policy before you book the services on our platform. Platform refers to website Wayuparty and apps as well.

Refunds (if applicable)

If the vendor approves your cancellation, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Buyer may be entitled to a refund for paid orders provided the vendor accepts the cancellation request.

Buyer may be entitled to a refund upto 100% of the Order value if the vendor accepts the full refund.

Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer's account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer's choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below,

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
